Kim disliked everything about her nose especially in side profile. She contacted me and I suggested that we first straightened the bump, then create a new tip that was a little lower and more in its ideal position. And also lower her nostrils. Many of my clients have whats called retracted alars ( nostril rims), this is where the center of the rim is pulled up and reveals too much inner nostril show.
So I lowered her nostrils down. This resulted overall in a much improved and far more pleasing look. In fact Kim's nose is looking far more elegant because it's now sitting in better balance with the surrounding features of her face. All that's needed now is a little lip enhancement so that her nose/lip angle is in better proportion for maximum attractiveness.
