For most of my clients dermal nose fillers last on average 12 months, but this can vary greatly for some from up to 3-6-9 months depending on how fast your metabolism works to break down the product and your level of health, plus lifestyle factors like, work, stress, heat and exercise. Most of my clients return once a year for a top up!

Dermal filler when injected into the nose by a nasal specialist like myself is a very safe procedure and it's far less risky and life threatening than surgery.  Here's an interesting fact .. you have a far greater risk of having a fatal car crash when you drive, than having a serious complication with nasal fillers.

For most of my clients It is also almost painless ...  about a 1 -2 out of 10 on the pain scale.
