I believe to be a true nasal specialist you have to know how to use correct Geometric measurements for beauty, to balance the nose, lips and chin for maximum attractiveness. I do this work everyday and it's called profile balancing. Very often I can make a larger nose look smaller by first reshaping the nose then enhancing the lips and chin.

How Long Does It Last?

For most of my clients dermal nose fillers last on average 12 months, but this can vary greatly for some from up to 3-6-9 months depending on how fast your metabolism works to break down the product and your level of health, plus lifestyle factors like, work, stress, heat and exercise. Most of my clients return once a year for a top up!

Risk & Pain Involved

Dermal filler when injected into the nose by a nasal specialist like myself is a very safe procedure and it's far less risky and life threatening than surgery. Here's an interesting fact .. you have a far greater risk of having a fatal car crash when you drive, than having a serious complication with nasal fillers.

For most of my clients It is also almost painless ... about a 1 -2 out of 10 on the pain scale.

Is there Any Bruisng or Swelling?

The results of your non surgical rhinoplasty nose job are instant, temporary and also completely reversible. There is no downtime and bruising and swelling if any is mild and usually resolves with 72hrs. For the ladies bruising is easily covered with makeup.

Straighten The Bridge

The goal here was to create 2 stronger straighter dorsal aesthetic lines that runs down the edges of the bridge of the nose and define the appearance of the dorsum on frontal view. As you can see in the left side before pic, one of the lines is faint and hardly visible, and the other has a curvature to it. In the after pic on the right you can see the development of both lines becoming straighter, and stronger in appearance.

A New Tip For Yasmin

Yas felt the tip of her nose was rounded and pointing down. In fact Yas didn't have a tip, so I first reshaped her bridge to that allowed me to create a new tip for her. This non surgical nose job took 10 minutes to achieve.

Nose Reshaping (non Surgical)

This nose shape is called an SI 2 curvature of the bridge, that can cause a functional restriction of breathing. Here I was able to straighten the bridge, plus increase the internal valve space to open up the airways for improve breathing.

Smoothing The Bump For Mandy

Although it’s been said that disguising a nose bump with filler is a pretty easy procedure, that’s not always the case. Some bumps on the nose are a little more tricky to do, but I was able to get the best outcome for Mandy. I also raised and reshaped the tip for her non surgically.

A Canted tip is a tip that’s pointing left or right. Here I was able to move the tip back into the midline, plus defined and raised it. I also slimmed and straighten the bridge, resulting in more elegant pleasing looking nose.

Reshaping The Bridge For Rami

A typical Chinese East Asian nose, has a low flat bridge with a round fleshy down turn tip. Here I was able to add height to the bridge (if you look at the top lash line in the after pic you can see the bridge is further out than in the before pic). I also raised the tip which helps to create a saucer shape bridge that has become very fashionable.
